ZOJA Consulting (ZC) has served as a sub & prime contractor on the Peace Corps Odyssey project for the past six years to establish Operations and Maintenance support & currently working as a PRIME contractor under contract# PC-09-9-033 since August 2012. The Odyssey system comprises COTS Financials, HR Payroll, and Custom Applications. Both Oracle Federal Financials and HR Payroll are running on version 11.5.10. Via a two-way OCI interface, Compusearch PRISM, a third-party contract management application, is fully integrated into Oracle PO. Provided lead technical role for the successful implementation of the following projects: 11.5.7 to 11.5.10 upgrade technical analysis, design, and development. For all custom extensions, Our DBA has successfully upgraded the Oracle Application from 11.5.7 to 11.5.10 Provided technical support for Interfaces, Conversions, Reports, Forms, and Enhancements. Provided functional support for Oracle Payables, Receivables, and Projects, Purchasing, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Fed-Admin modules. Built several custom forms, reports, procedures, packages, triggers, alerts & forms of personalization to meet the specific Peace Corp business requirements. Performed critical Oracle patch analysis, either for fixing bugs or enhancing functionality Performed unit and integration testing for various customizations On several occasions, developed critical data fix scripts, helping Peace Corps avoid considerable waiting time from Oracle support Performed performance tuning of many critical processes Worked on a Self-service Reconciliation Dashboard Application Providing 24/7 round-the-clock production support ZOJA Consulting team has performed their duties professionally and delivered all tasks on time and within budget without sacrificing quality.
