ZOJA Consulting (ZC) has served as prime contractor on Small Business Administration #SBAHQ-11-F-0156 PRISM Contract Management System Operations and Maintenance (0&M) and TestingSupport since 2012. The contract calls for full procurement and grants lifecycle support from advanced acquisition/grant planning through contract/grant closeout. The project scope includes:
• Migration and upgrade Services including upgrade from PRISM
version 7.1 ot 7.1 SP5.
• Migration and upgrade Services including upgrade from PRISM
version 10.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.1
• Disaster Recovery, Contingency Planning and Continuity of
Operations Support.
• Application enhancement support including security patches, software updates, and upgrades to database and application tiers for PRISM-CMS.
• Prism Integration with Oracle Federal Financials.
• Helpdesk support and User Training.
